Know what your tooling is costing.
Review purchasing, usable stock and application needs. Support tooling standardisation and cutting trials, with cost per component considered alongside tool life and performance.

KEEPING PRODUCTION MOVING
CNC training, programming and manufacturing consultancy that connects your shop floor to your business goals. Hands-on support to improve processes, develop your people and plan what comes next.
01 - WHAT WE DO
A new machine. A difficult component. A team that needs confidence. Or a business ready to improve the way production works. We help you turn the challenge into an agreed plan and practical action.
Build the capability of your operators, setters and programmers with training tailored to your machines, controls and production components.
Support to take a component from programming through setup and prove-out, with a focus on a repeatable process and a clear handover to your team.
Look closely at how a job actually runs. Identify where setup, tooling, cutting strategy or programming is holding the process back, then work through the changes.
Bring consistent engineering support into your business. From a specific production challenge to regular on-site assistance, agree a scope that fits your workload.
Take a wider look at how your manufacturing business operates. We work with owners, managers and engineering teams to connect production challenges with a practical improvement plan.
When a job stops unexpectedly or parts do not come out as intended, investigate the cause before deciding what needs to change. We assess the program, setup and machining process, and identify issues that need the machine or software supplier's input.
02 - TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
Discuss your machine, control and application with us so we can agree the right scope of support.
Setting, programming and practical operator development.
Support with sub-spindle, multi-turret and live-tooling work.
Programming, setup and prove-out support for complex components.
CNC and CAM programming, probing macros and machining strategy.
BUILT AROUND REAL PRODUCTION
You don’t always need the same kind of help. We can develop your team, work through an immediate technical problem or provide regular support as your business grows.
Find the right approach ↗03 - CONSULTANCY & BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
Production problems rarely exist in isolation. A difficult setup, a skills gap or an underused machine can affect delivery, capacity and the whole team. We work with you to understand the connections and decide where to focus.
Review purchasing, usable stock and application needs. Support tooling standardisation and cutting trials, with cost per component considered alongside tool life and performance.
Introduce practical storage, identification and ownership for machine accessories and everyday setup tools, with arrangements that fit how your team works.
Develop clear first-off and in-process checks, inspection records and arrangements for identifying and separating suspect parts.
Improve material locations, incoming checks and records for batches, movements and remnants, so the right stock is easier to find and trace.
Agree simple production updates and handovers covering job status, completed quantities and outstanding issues, with clear responsibility for keeping them current.
Support workshop housekeeping, tool returns and practical swarf segregation and fluid-recovery arrangements, developed with the people using them.
ONGOING SUPPORT, SHAPED AROUND YOU
Combine an improvement programme with regular CNC training, programming cover and applications support. Agree priorities with management and arrange visits around production needs, then review progress as the work develops. Where useful, support can also include remote analysis, documentation and supplier visits.
Discuss a support partnership ↗04 - HOW WE WORK
We talk about your machines, your team and what is getting in the way. The aim is to establish what support will actually be useful.
A clear proposal sets out the scope and cost before work begins. The work is shaped around your priorities and production needs.
Hands-on support, practical explanations and a clear handover help your team understand the process and take it forward.
05 - CNC PRO SOLUTIONS
Founded by Lukasz Czapiewski, CNC Pro Solutions brings together shop-floor engineering, OEM applications experience and global technical training management.
Lukasz's background spans CNC applications engineering, technical development and manufacturing improvement across international operations. That experience connects the detail of a machining process with the wider needs of the business: capable people, consistent working methods and productive equipment.
Today, that experience is applied through CNC training, programming, independent troubleshooting and practical consultancy. Based in the West Midlands, we support manufacturers across the UK, with clear proposals and support shaped around the work your business actually needs.

Examples drawn from agreed or proposed work. These describe the support involved, rather than claiming completed results.
A six-month support partnership combining workshop improvement with CNC training and practical production assistance.
The programme covers tooling management, accessory storage, material control, inspection routines, housekeeping and production updates. Regular time on site also allows training, agreed programming cover and applications support to fit around the improvement work.
The approach: agree priorities with management, work alongside the team and review progress as the programme develops.
An investigation brief covering unexpected machine stops at CAM-generated macro checks and a component that was not coming out as intended.
The scope includes checking program behaviour and the mechanical setup, identifying issues that need machine or software supplier involvement, and preparing clear technical findings for the customer.
The approach: establish the cause and the next action, with evidence to support the technical discussion.
07 - FEEDBACK FROM LINKEDIN
Feedback from customers, a former trainee and an industry partner on working with Lukasz. Excerpts from LinkedIn recommendations and comments.
“His knowledge and patience to help us learn from nothing was fantastic.”
Feedback following a five-day course on setting, operating and programming a Citizen C32 sliding head machine.
“I used Lukasz a few weeks ago as I had a setter leave, and he went above and beyond in his help to my trainee and me so not surprised the above customer is happy, can't recommend him enough.”
“Any company that works with him will benefit from his knowledge, his standards, and his ability to bring the best out of both machines and people.”
“During my time working with him, he not only taught me how to use Manual Guide i, but more importantly, he showed me how to think differently about machining. He pushed me to understand the full capability of the machines I was running and to aim for maximum efficiency, not just for the benefit of the company, but for my own growth and standards as an engineer.”
“His approach isn't just about getting the job done, it's about doing it properly, understanding the ‘why’ behind everything, and constantly improving. That mindset has stuck with me and has genuinely changed how I work day to day.”
“Big thanks for all your help with the machine and our new project.”
